• Diode modules comprising a pair of series connected diodes featuring an isolated metal base to permit direct mounting to
  either a metal chassis or a heat sink.
• The modules can be used with encapsulated thyristor modules to construct half-controlled bridge configurations.
  
• Available in 25A-250A, 1200V ratings (RMS).
