• Thyristor modules comprising of a pair of inverse parallel connected thyristors. Featuring an isolated metal base to
  permit direct mounting to a heat sink.
  
• The modules can be used with the encapsulated diode modules to construct half-controlled single-phase and threephase
  bridges.
  
• Available in 25A-250A, 1200V ratings (RMS).
